Our policy is 60 days from the date of delivery and begins from the day you receive it.

• If you ordered by mistake or are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 60 days for a full refund. Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or not working, please contact us with an explanation of the problem. We will issue a free replacement immediately; you do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

• Lost Packages: If your item has not arrived within our estimated delivery window, please allow a few extra days for transit delays. If the item is officially determined to be lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
